The ANU Tennis Club is an inclusive and diverse tennis club that accommodates players of all level and ages. The club primary activities and sessions are conducted on the South Oval Tennis Court near the Law School and China In the World Building (CITW) (location). We offer structured club sessions multiple times a week for advanced players and beginners / social.

The Club offer multiple sessions that caters for those seeking training, beginner’s coaching or social hitting (session times). There are also ample opportunities to participate in additional competitions such as ACT pennant leagues, local and interstate tournaments.  The club regularly sends teams to ACT’s pennant leagues across all 3 seasons and to Australian University Games.

The club has 6 tennis court available for use, there are 4 synthetic grass courts in South Oval and 2 additional courts located at Old Canberra House and Mills Road. The club caters for both ANU Students and non-ANU Students (non-students need to purchase an ANU Sport membership before joining the tennis membership). Members will have to the group coaching and social sessions run by the Club and most importantly court bookings for personal use.

The Club strive to encourage the playing of tennis and expand the popularity of tennis within the ANU and the wider Canberra/ Australia Capital Territory community. We provide exceptional tennis sessions and superior tennis facilities to ensure that the Club is a great place to socialize and have fun.
